We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available for DisputeDocs Pro subscriptions and one-time purchases.
14-day satisfaction window
New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial paid charge if the Service does not meet expectations. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Recurring subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial months are not refunded outside the 14-day window.
Annual plans
Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund of unused whole months if cancelled due to a documented service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours attributable to us.
Google Play purchases
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are governed by Google's refund process. Contact Google Play support first; we will honor eligible refunds processed by Google and reflect the change in your account.
Non-refundable items
Add-on postage, certified-mail credits, third-party fees, and any usage-based charges already delivered are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email billing@disputedocs.app from the address on your account and include your workspace name and the charge date. We respond within 5 business days.
