Credit report disputes, done right.

DisputeDocs Pro is documentation software for consumers and credit repair professionals. Organize tri-bureau reports, review items that may be inaccurate, and draft dispute correspondence that you review and send yourself. No outcome is promised.

The Platform

Every step of the dispute lifecycle, in one auditable record.

From initial report intake to bureau response classification, each action is logged, versioned, and attributable — the standard your consumers and your compliance officer both expect.

Tri-bureau intake

Ingest PDFs from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, IdentityIQ, SmartCredit, MyScoreIQ, or annualcreditreport.com. Extraction is tagged by bureau, dated, and reviewable.

Possible-error review

Side-by-side comparison flags items that may warrant a dispute — inconsistencies, duplicate tradelines, apparent re-aging, mixed-file signals, unrecognized inquiries, and aged items. You decide what is actually inaccurate.

Letter library

Twenty-nine correspondence templates — bureau disputes, furnisher direct, debt validation, method-of-verification, identity theft, complaints — merged with client data for your review before sending.

Practice management

Client roster, team roles, task tracking, notes, and white-label packet delivery under your firm's letterhead.

Documentation controls

Per-item factual certification, signed authorization records, no-guarantee disclaimers on every workflow, and organization-scoped access on every record.

Response review

Upload a bureau response and receive a structured draft reading of what the letter appears to say, with a suggested next step for you to confirm.

What This Tool Is

A serious tool for serious work.

DisputeDocs Pro is documentation and workflow software. It is not a law firm, not a credit counseling agency, and not affiliated with or endorsed by any credit bureau, the CFPB, the FTC, or any other government agency. It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee any outcome. The substance of every letter is the responsibility of the person who signs and sends it.

  • Statutory framework
Templates cite the FCRA (15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq.) and FDCPA (15 U.S.C. §1692 et seq.) where applicable. Citations are drafting aids, not legal conclusions about your situation.
  • Minimal data collection
Full SSN is never stored. Only the last four digits are retained for identity verification on correspondence.
  • Organization scoping
Row-level access policies confine every record — reports, letters, responses — to the originating organization.
  • Per-item certification
Every disputed item requires you to state the factual basis and confirm you believe that specific item is inaccurate.
  • Right of deletion
Consumers may request full deletion of their data at any time; workspace administrators may delete client records on request.
Plain Talk

What DisputeDocs Pro cannot do.

Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. Here is the honest boundary of this product.

  • It cannot remove accurate information on demand.
You generally cannot require removal merely because accurate negative information is unfavorable. Reporting time limits and other applicable legal requirements may still affect how long information can appear.
  • It cannot promise a score increase.
No software controls bureau decisions or scoring models. Any specific point gain or timeline you have been quoted elsewhere is not something anyone can guarantee.
  • It cannot give legal advice.
Templates cite statutes, but choosing a legal strategy for your situation is a job for a licensed attorney in your state.
  • It cannot create a 'new credit identity'.
We do not support CPNs, EINs used in place of an SSN, or file segregation. Those tactics are fraud and this tool will not help you attempt them.
  • It cannot mail letters for you today.
You print, sign, and send your own correspondence. When mailing service is enabled, it will be clearly labeled.
  • It cannot decide the facts for you.
AI drafts and flags; you confirm. Every disputed item requires your own statement of what is wrong and why.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information yourself, for free, directly with each credit bureau. Read the Consumer Credit File Rights disclosure before purchasing anything.
