Free trial
New workspaces receive 3 letter credits that expire 7 days after signup. No payment details are collected for the trial, and the trial never converts into a paid plan automatically.
After the trial or a plan ends
Your saved reports, findings, drafts and letters stay in your workspace and remain viewable, exportable and deletable. Generating new letters requires an active plan or an unused letter credit.
Renewal
Starter and Pro renew automatically each month on your billing date and charge the payment method on file until you cancel.
Cancellation
Cancel any time in the app under Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Account deletion does not yet cancel billing automatically, so cancel your subscription first.
